Comments: They are NO PRO. the owner came out to look at my problem, witch I thought was nice,he found a short, put a pice of tape on it and told me my valve was bad and I would have to replace the water heater to the priceof $2,500 dollars and charged me $175.00 dollars. called another plumber, he looked at it and said the heat reset switch was bad. replaced the switch ($35.00) Good To Go, works just fine. He asked my to call if that was not the problem, I did, he did not return my call. He chargen me for his knowledge, He dose not seam to have any knowledgeand I should get a refund of some of my money. they are not Honest, I would not recomend him to anyone.

We warranty and guarantee any work we complete. Some appliances and systems are in a category of neglect and disrepair that we will not warranty or guarantee repairs on them and so our expert opinion is to replace - as in this specific scenario.
