Work Description: Interior Painting
Comments: Damage to wood flooring and carpets from ladders and paint. Did not use 2 coats on ANY areas requiring such coverage. Refuses to produce business insurance to me, business license, and is in violation of a contract. Elvin Rios (Owner) did "flash" some documents when I got an estimate, and now refuses to allow copies or disclosure.-
