Comments: We are a small salon new to the area of Villa Rica, GA. I came across Right Away Plumbing and at first things started out fairly decent. Jabbari Edwards gave an estimate of how much it would cost to do the work we requested only for him to cut corners on material cost and pocket the money. We gave a deposit to Jabbari initially for the work and he came to work faithfully smelling of marijuana. My wife and I were so disappointed with the end results because besides the fact he did a sloppy job we were left with more problems. Our toilet no longer drained properly due to the work he installed. We also had leaks from our bowls. We then called Mr. Edwards to come and fix the problems that we were having with the work he done. He agreed to come the following day around 12:30p. We came across another company in the area who not only came by but offered to fix the mistakes that he had done. When Jabbari was asked what he was going to do about the problem he said that he was "gonna get us right". We have yet to hear back from him. He stopped answering my calls and text since then. This is a fair warning to whomever thinking about using this company. Don't do it those review on Google are false and he is not BBB accredited . Also just saw Yelp reviews. I wish I had gone a little further with my research before hiring this excuse of a man.Douglasville GA

Comments: I contracted this company to install a water valve in my shower. Not did they install the valve upside down. They also cause extensive water damage while attempting to stop leaks from the piping they installed. The owner Jabbari Edwards took a payment for his services prior to the completion of the work his guys were trying to do and after 3 days of not being able to complete the job. I told him that I was fed up and just refund my money I paid him. He said he would bit did not do so as of yet. I had to file an insurance claim with his insurance to fix the damages done by his crew and hire a knowledgeable plumber to get the install done, which only took him an hour to install. Please do not hire this guy, if you do you will be highly disappointed with his work and that's if he even finished the job. He is an horrible contractor and an even worst person due to his lack of pride and integrity. And yes I did report him to the Better Business Bureau and low behold he is not licensed in Georgia.Ellenwood GA

Comments: I'm currently taking Jabarri to small claims court as he did some plumbing work for me which was shabby and started leaking after three days. After ten days of him not stepping up and handling it I had to hire a professional to correct his mess!! Jabarri refuses to refund my money. He has horrible reviews on yelp. Then I find out that he's not a licensed plumber. (On your website, the number listed near his name does not belong to him) his company isn't even registered. I would think that you would do your customers a solid and make sure the companies you advertise meet the credentials of the job they bid to do. I'm very disappointed in his work and work ethics. I would give him a double negative star if I could. I won't be in need of your services anymore.Brookfield CT
