Work Description: Roof Replacement
Comments: DO NOT USE RIDGELINE!Mike and Nathaniel were nice enough gentlemen to start but turned out to be extremely unprofessional and unqualified to be running a roofing project. The quality of work required the city to come back multiple times to inspect. They increased the price of the job by 50% after they had already started and demanded I pay it, threatening to place a mechanic's lien if I did not cover for their screw up.
They never showed up when they promised. They didn't pay their subcontractors which caused the subcontractors to start calling me and knocking on my door.
I am still fighting for them to complete the job in a satisfactory manner and will likely be taking legal action soon.
