We have decades of experience as contractors, but we also know what it's like to have a bad experience with a contractor as the customer.
In one example as a young husband during the time my wife and I were expecting our second child, I have a vivid image of my wife, nine months pregnant, sitting in small claims court as we waited for the contractor that ripped us off to arrive. I already had over 15 years of exterior construction experience at that point, but I was fortunate enough to work with contractors that followed thru on their word and I naively expected this flooring contractor to do the same.
