Comments: Mr. Stafford remodeled my bathroom for me and my wife. We are absolutely in love. We get many complements and have made a couple of referrals. I had no issues with him and his crew. Some don’t know english very well but I was able to call him and get things sorted out. The tile and backsplash that he chose is beautiful. We’re very happy with our new bathroom.Houston TX

Comments: STAY AWAY READ ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS THATS WHY HE CHANGED HIS COMPANY NAMES SO MANY TIMES IT USED TO BE RETRO MODERN REDO He lies about anticipated close dates to get the jobs/deposits, uses his employees to perform electrical, structural framing, and plumbing work (they are unlicensed, cant speak english, and always screw things up-and he doesn't even know what language they speak so how good could his instructions be), isn't insured himself, isn't qualified on paper to do anything, has no work comp, he lies to his workers he doesn’t pay them with the money I give him because they were always asking me for money, hits the HO's with extras that almost double the cost of the job EVERY TIME, doesn't return phone calls, has to be threatened with liens for legitimate subs to be paid, is always in small claims court defending claims, never has written contracts with the HO's EVERYTHING HAD TO BE REWORKED 2-3 TIMES AND IT STILL ISNT RIGHT, ......and can sell ice to eskimos.Houston TX

Comments: Terrance did a good job on first property I hired him to remodel. The second project/home went well at first. Terrance wouldnt show up and his guys wouldnt know what to do. I would pay Terrance and he wouldnt pay his workers because they were asking me for money and said Terrance had not paid them. I needed this project completed and he agreed if I paid the balance owed that he would finish the whole project and complete the punch list onthe previous project. It has been 6 months since I saw him and he wont return calls. He owes his workers and me.Houston TX
