We have been in business for over 28 years, priding ourselves on quality work and fair pricing. We started the company as a drywall only business and for the first ten years we was the sixth largest drywall company in the Charlotte NC area. We then decided to expand our range of business and entered the Rehab / Remodel industry where we have been operating ever since.
We work on bank owned homes, investor homes, and homeowner homes. In April of 2017 we moved our company to the NC / SC coastal area and we are looking forward to building our business and customer relationships, while at the same time providing quality work and fair pricing to all our customers.

Comments: When we contacted Mike at Residential Rehab Constructors we explained our 12 foot ceiling over a large island needed drywall patched. Mike gave us a quote of $125, scheduled our repair and showed up as scheduled.However, he didn't bring a bench to set on top of the island & couldn't reach the area needing repair. We established a good repour & trust. He needed to return to his crew to get a bench & said he'd call us within an hour or so to tell us when he could return to our job.
Several hours later we texted him since he hadn't contacted us. He replied that his crew needed him to stay at a different job & he would contact us later that evening to reschedule.
We waited until about 8 that evening before calling (his mailbox was full), then texting Mike. We even asked that he please reply.
That was Thursday, October 24th. To this date, Sunday, the 27th, Mike has not had the courtesy or professionalism to even respond. He left us totally hanging, waiting for him to answer.
We wouldn't have been happy to hear that he decided he didn't want this job, but it would have been better than leaving us waiting and wondering. We tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and be patient. He destroyed any confidence we had in him or his company.
We would NOT recommend him to anyone. Grade F.
