ResCom Contractors, Inc. operated from 1976 until 2013 and then re-formed ResCom, LLC in a smaller compacity in 2013 to present. The main office location is in Lewes, DE and has a Satellite office in Harwood, MD. Both locations serve the metropolitan areas of Maryland, District of Columbia, Virginia and Delaware. Gary Waddell, the owner has 49 years' experience in roofing in commercial, residential and government work. Vernon Smith who serves in the capacity of Project Coordinator for both Roofing and Construction Divisions, Estimator, Project Manager and completes final inspections, has roofing and construction experience of 55 years. Thirty years in the field and 25 years in administration which includes sales, estimating and marketing.

What sets us apart from other contractors: We offer low prices and a normal size roof is usually completed within one day. Larger roofs may take extra time, however, our goal is to give you certified roof and we offer workman ship warranties. We are certified to work on any type of roofing system including sheet metal.
