He needed to return the next day after procuring a necessary part and installed it within a few hours of his second visit.The cost seemed excessive ($1070.00 parts and labor), but I did not price the work elsewhere, so I cannot reasonably say that it was or was not actually excessive by industry standards.

Work Description: To intall utility sink in the kitchen patio and replace a tall sink cast iron/ceramic, technician showed up before appt time, I was busy getting trash and recycles his name was Ken, then he left when I told him I needed to get dressed. Called Reliance cs, they told me they'll call me back, waited 1.5 hours didn't hear back from them, appt time was 2 hour frame, will not hire them.
