Work Description: refinishing hardwood floor
Comments: Renato came out to give us a quote to sand and refinish our 81 sq. ft room. We told him the size on the phone. when I call after 24 hours for the quote, he said we would have it by that evening . He also said "it's a small room, so it shouldn't be that much". We got the quote that evening for $890. When we asked why it was so high he said it was because there is a 300 sq. ft. minimum to do the work. When I told him he should have told us this on the phone before he came out, he said "well, you should have told me you were on a budget". My husband is a realtor in Maplewood/ South Orange. His team now has this information and will surely not recommend him. Extremely poor business.
