Comments: Rob would disappear for weeks with no communication after payment. Fininshed fence 2 weeks late. Electrical Rain gutter for winter snow has never worked and he won't return email or phone calls..he was lazy, every excuse given why work couldn't be completed on time he gave. Comments: Rob and company missed the completion deadline by 3 weeks late. He would dissapear for days even a week with no notice or response to calls..one response to missing work was he had no electrition to complete the job..poor work..poor communication...very dissatisfied! Work Description: Water Heater - Install/Replace
Comments: Rob and his crew were great. They got the water heater installed and adjusted, everything is working great but the sediment in the lines clogged the kitchen faucet. Rob went out of his way to get a new faucet installed after purging the lines. It took him two trips, number two was on his dime. We've already talked with him about doing some more work in the house, also our neighbor used Rob and his company to install a heater over there, he's going to have more work done by this crew also.-
