and tha one he bring was he screw up and said that he will be back tomorrow and sak me for $75 which i paid.never show up
he gave me the number which not in service anymore
i told you the 75 was for diagnoses there was supposef to be another guy there the next day im very sorry he didnt make it o will get you the 75 back im truly sorry

Comments: The guy said he put a new pump in but he didn't. It was the lid switch all along. He charged me $225 for doing nothing. I got scammed by this so-called company.

Comments: They diagnosed the problem. I paid for the service call at that time. I have received 2 past due invoices for the service call. I responded both times that it was paid. They said I would receive an estimate by the next day and needed to sign it before they would order the part. I did not receive an estimate. Then they called and wanted to come install it on Friday. I never saw or agreed to service beyond the service call

Comments: He came and repaired and in 2 weeks I had the same problem I called him back and he call me back on the phone we talked for a few minutes then said I call.you back.But he never called me back.I called him back and it kept going to voicemail. I would not recommend him to fix anything for anyone because he didn't stand his word. Family Appliance don't fool him he is not dependable and he did fix my Appliance.

Comments: This is a NEGATIVE 100 stars. I am still without a dryer that works. The original guy was there probably 3 hours and said he would be back the next day and wanted payment. I only gave him a partial payment and I wish I had not done that. He did not come out the second day he sent someone else and did not even tell the new person what was wrong now (since he worked on is) and what he promised me. The second guy did not have the vent the first guy said that he would not charge me for. The second guy was there 2 to 3 hours and charged the balance from the first guy. After he left I found that another issue that had worked prior to them coming out and was not working now. The second guy brought me a used dryer in exchange. The first time I tried to use that dryer it would not heat. That was what was wrong my original dryer. Now I am out $410 and still do not have a dryer that works. The second guy said he would be out this morning but he did not come. When I finally got ahold of him he said he had a family emergency and would be out to my house today. I am not holding my breath. Somebody needs to make things right and SOON.

Comments: So frustrated, Richard called me , I stated we had a Range that the knob wouldn't control the burner it just kept getting hot. He wanted my Model number and said he would get the part and be out between 4 and 6 , didn't show and lady called around 6 saying he was tied up could he come tomorrow at 10 which was Thursday, I agreed , he called later and said he had the part and would be here at 10 , he showed at 11:30 took infinite switch off back of stove, put another switch on then when he put the knob on it would not go on, he said he could come back later with a knob or I could go to Lowes and get one for around $5, I went to Lowes cost was $27 for a kit of knobs, got them and none fit. I called Richard expecting him to bring a knob and got no answer. I called 8 times all evening, no answer, I left a message I was stopping payment on the $200.00 I wrote because this is now worse then it was cause I can't turn the burner on at all, no answer until 8 AM Friday morning stating he would come fix it and he at least should get the $75 fee for coming out. I said he did nothing worth paying for, he left a screw out of the old knob housing and put in the incorrect infinite switch. He stated he would go get the correct switch (that shows he knew he had the wrong switch) and he would be here in 2 hours. It is now 8 PM no show , no call. Never again. I had to spend $30 to stop a check. (lesson learned ) don't trust the job is done except for a knob when it is the incorrect infinite switch also. He won't go far treating people like this. He also did not give paperwork While I am typing this his "secretary" as she states called at 8;15PM to tell me he would be here with the part shortly and I owe him $75 for him coming out. I told her I am not paying him nothing and we will end up in court if need be. I have wasted 3 days waiting on this guy and he never showed up on time and I can't believe she had the nerve to call me 10 hours late to tell me I owe him money. I fixed the stove myself and she said I couldn't get the part, I said well I did and I fixed it. End of this fiasco.

Comments: Randy removed my built in dishwasher. Said it needed a small part and he would order it and call the next day. Asked for the $75.00 service call which I paid. Didn’t call and never showed up. There was a woman in his truck sleeping. Strange. Will never call them again. No markings on his red pick up truck. He had no paperwork or offered any identification. Should have been suspicious. You live and learn. I won’t be so trusting again. The dishwasher is still sitting in the middle of my kitchen while we decide what to do. Tried to call phone number. No answer.

Comments: the guy doing the work told me before he came to my house it would be $80 + I used my own parts, he was day late + 1 1/2 late next day then after done less then 1 hr tried to charge me $150 I said no that's not what was agreed. Then he said $100 i paid cash 3 hrs later I get a bill from a women charging me $210 inv #000005 I told her no already paid for the work in cash $100 and I will turn them in for fraud. I told them upfront it was the spring on microwave door and I had my part plus order extra through Amazon before he came. So i Already had it diagnoised through Home Depot what I needed.
she wanted the work done for free and i even fixed her snowblower for free i told her the invoice was a mistake nit to worry about it some people cant be pleased
