Work Description: RAM Repairs came out last minute to install a dishwasher for me.
Comments: Alex came out quickly when I needed someone to install my dishwasher. That was helpful but I did not have a good experience. They left my kitchen a mess,significantly overcharged what they quoted me, and DID NOT take away my old dishwasher. They claimed they would reimburse me for the disposal of the old dishwasher since they overcharged me and I never heard from them again!Houston TX

Work Description: Alex came to diagnose my fridge problem pretty quickly. He took a couple of days to get back to me with scheduling a part replacement.
Comments: I found out that my compressor is under warranty from my co-workers. I asked Alex for a refund, and he said the service charge was $99 -- a bit steep compared to other companies. He also said that he'll put my refund check in the mail last Tuesday -- still waiting for that to show up. No voice mail, so I can't leave a message.Houston TX
