Work Description: Drain Clog/Blockage - Clear

Comments: We hired Rainy Day Electrical to clear an outside 4", X 120' clogged rain drain. They took approx. 8 hours and charged us a woping $647.00. We wanted a drain unclogged, not brain surgery. We will never use them again. In addition, the drain is still not draining fully. It is still partially blocked.
4" drain pipe was heavily plugged with roots and mud. Indications of damaged or collapsed pipe was evident with the amount of roots removed. Brain surgery was not required but it did take time to remove all the debris. If the problem continued to exist after our visit why were we not called to snake it again at no charge to try to rectify the problem or to make it better until a decision was made to replace pipe.
