Comments: This company was horrendous when it came to deadlines. For a deck it took from August until now (February) and it is still not done. We had to correct and beg and nag them every step of the way to get semi-competent work to be completed and even then they did not complete the work. SIX MONTHS. I have gotten every excuse in the book: child custody issues, sickness, employee drug issues etc... and I was understanding at first until I realized it was a weekly thing. They do not adhere to their contract and will ask you for payments WAY before they are due because they cannot afford to pay their own employees. Yet they could buy themselves fancy personal cars such as a new Jeep and Land Rover. And when you pay them they will disappear!The owners, Tash and Ron Morgan would randomly come to our home, sit in their cars for hours and do NOTHING. It got to a point that even our neighbors were concerned at their behavior. Tash has to get her Dad to come to our home to verify she did the plumbing in our bathroom correctly (and ironically he blew out a pipe and flooded into the garage ceiling below).
Warning for anyone even considering hiring this company: they have no idea what they are doing. They will tell you that they know “code from North Carolina” and they have 20+ years of experience....They poured concrete OVER an existing slab even when the contract (and common sense) said otherwise. If you’d like pictures of their shoddy work pls PM me as it will not let me post pictures on this review.
When I texted to address my concerns, instead of being professional and addressing them they ignored me and came to our home to remove all of their equipment. They’ve left portions of our home unusable due to their negligence. They’ve even gone so far as to claim they are shutting down due to personal issues. So now I’m stuck suing them.

I was given you name as you may find the following of interest to you and your customers! This will also if brought to the general public awareness of an act of Fraud that is costing serviceman, Veterans, disabled veterans, and retired veterans great financial hardship and also gives military members who have served our Nation a bad name since it affects many other companies also. The below is some information on the company I will be talking about.
The company has performed work for me and also one of my neighbors. I’m trying to get into public law the following and going through MOAA.ORG.
This truly affects any one who has served our nation! Action must be taken and we must fix a very profound problem of Veterans performing Fraud on other Veterans!
It is a very sad fact, to day we have disabled veterans, veterans with Purple Hearts, Retired Veterans who are out to scam other veterans out of their retirement money, their disability pay etc. I can say this with fact because I am a 100% disabled retired veteran that worked with a construction company that is owned and managed by a War Time Veteran with a Purple Heart that is claiming disability, getting medical benefits from the Veterans Administration and was honored by our country for his war service and taken great strides to compensate him for his injuries that he received in service. I am very proud of our nation to support our veterans and what they have done for our nation!
What is sad is when such a veteran turns on his fellow military brothers and sisters. Seeks to undermined and take such advantages of them, that this veteran and possibly other like him find a loop hole in the system where he gets the best of his benefits and that of others who they undermine with deceitful theft. My example is this veteran and his company pinpoint blatantly offering a 10 % discount to all veterans that their construction company helps perform construction contract work on the veterans homes. This company sells the fact that their Manager/Owner is a Purple heart carrier, disabled and those military members, such as my self-listened and trusted them to take on our requested work. Approximately $60,000 dollars later and approximately five months later work started on my three stall garage only after I threatened them to meet me at the bank the next day to refund me of all my money and to cancel the contract. That nest day, Concrete was poured for the footing and the floor. Work stopped in its tracks when that was done. The company pays a local concrete company for the more than $8,000 in concrete then cancels the check to the concrete company. The concrete company told me this was not their first rodeo with the company. The concrete company started action to put a Mechanics Lien on my property. I have had to take up a lawyer to file a law suite against the company. Three Lawyers later (each lawyer was aware of the company and its deceitful practices, were working with other companies and individuals against them) I found one that would take my case. I was told I probably would not get anything from the company. Interesting enough the owners who took my money had bought a what looked like a New Land Rover. I called my sheriff department since I live in the county and he stated I would have to go to the district attorney’s office as this was a civil matter. I contacted the FBI and anyone who would listen since I truly believed I had been frauded and stolen from. Finally the DA came around said they would press charges only after the law enforcement agencies did their investigation. Interesting enough this veteran had felony charges against him and many other charges. I was also told that his wife’s father who was the foreman of the company had been charged and the Attorneys for the last five years have been trying to get money from him, he was teaching his trade well. He has left the state and returned. My neighbor (a retired veteran) who is one of my trusted friends hired them also to do some work on their home. Not only was the work absolutely terrible it looked like a ten year old had done the work. Some of the work was reconstructed/re-contracted out to other contractors as they wanted them out of their home as quickly as possible. They did not have the monies to sue. Once again one Marine took pride in another Marine. A note also was that I was told if I sued them they would also put a lien on my home.
The point of the above information is that any veteran that is charged in a court of law with actions where they fraud other veterans for money or deceitfully steal for profit from other veterans. Should have “ALL Military and VETERAN BENFITS STOPPED” Immediately to include Medical, Education, Disability and any other benefits resulting from their service to our country! This need to become public law.
In 2010, I was told by a doctor I had maybe five years to live. I may live a few more years or many depending on what our lord has planned for me. I and my fellow veterans do not need these type of stresses to compound our lives and put unbelievable costs on our court systems and financial pocket books of the our veterans. It also makes all other Veterans look bad in the publics eyes.
If you give light to this maybe the Law Enforcement Agencies will look deeper into this corruption and we can get laws changed!

Comments: They started with the house remodel and did a good job on flooring and tile. The rest of the projects within the remodel job were subpar quality at best. What should have taken maybe a month took 3 months, only because I finished the job myself. After 4 months, the pool deck and the sun room addition STILL aren't complete. Also, they tore off the existing porch 3 months ago (making room for the sun room), exposing insulation and interior flooring, which is starting to develop mold and mildew after being exposed to rain. They refuse to answer my texts. I wouldn't hire this company if you PAID me to do so.Richmond KY

Work Description: Construction of Three Stall Garage with 2nd floor
Comments: RT Morgan Construction, LLC, has been targeting Retired Military, Veterans and Disabled Veterans and does not pay its bills.On 6/28/2019 a contract was signed between RT Morgan Construction, LLC. At the time of signing I was asked to get the utilities to mark the yard so the work on construction could begin within two week. I had asked how long the project would take and was told two-thee months. For the next five months every reason in the world was given to us why they could not start. They had to finish and close on government work that they were doing in Frankfort. They were swamped with work. Their quality teams would not travel south of Lexington. Equipment was not available. Nitashia had three miscarriages and had blood clots in her legs. Kids needed to be watched etc. Was told crews would be on site tomorrow. If they showed up they stood around or only worked a few hours. Leaving trash not having the proper tools to work with asking me for tools so they could work. Employees told me they were not being paid, Did not know what needed be done. garage floor when cement came was not properly prepped. I had asked to see all receipts for equipment, supplies and work accomplished. This was not done.by the two owners. Having given up $51,500, Deposit prior to work $32,000.00 to purchase cement, all supplies, labor, tools and framing purchased. Once the Garage slab was poured Draw #1 was given to RT Morgan Const. Additional $9,500 was given to them to install archway 6 brick columns in front of garage with brick wall. 16 ft electric gates and labor. When the cement was poured, the cement company C&C Redi-Mix was given checks for the cement that was poured and the decided to cancel the checks even when they had plenty of money to cover the costs, they failed to meet on-time performance and non-payments/delayed payments which amount to over The total amount due is $8,019.96. to C&C Redi Mix LLC 210 South Estill Ave, Richmond, KY 40475 P: 859-623-8800 F: 859-623-8811. C&C is now after finding out the Nitashia and her husband, owners of RT Morgan Construction, LLC would not make the payments and had previously per C&C done this before. Now C&C wants to put a lien on my property for lack of payment. The cement that was poured for my floor was not sloped properly and was not the correct height per B & B CUSTOM CONCRETE, 284 Maupin Rd., Lancaster, KY 40444 was told not perform work to include tearing down the plywood they had put up for the walls of garage floor and did not clean the area of debris, make the area safer to work in and get equipment around. Cable was cut when they randomly scooped dirt up to a pile. The area had been flagged off as requested and utilities marked. We were without phone, internet, TV, security etc for approx. two weeks It was a challenge to get them to get it repaired and laid underground again. Payments were made to them at Peoples Bank. 460 Eastern Bypass, Richmond, KY 40475 in the form of Cashiers checks, Money orders and electronic payment. They wanted the checks to be made out to Rondal Jason Morgan not RT Morgan Construction LLC (RTMC). Having talked with several lawyers I was told the Dore family had several court battles. Neighbors that asked (RTMC) to do work were very disappointed in the work performed.Quality of the work to include the new decking that had to be replaced. These neighbors just wanted them to be gone. . Concrete that was torn up are still in our yard as is large piles of dirt. I paid another company to remove after no action was taken by RT Morgan Construction. I have had runners who use my sidewalk were seen by neighbors that because the areas that was destroyed (sidewalk, ground removed etc.,) was seen abruptly stopping because the area had not being roped off properly, tools laying on the ground. and equipment left for days. Contract per email was terminated immediately

The price offer was Excellent if they would have provided the proper service in a prompt and timely manner and provided the owner with required documentation, receipts and paid their bills, performed quality work They did non of this. The intentionally defrauded their targets!

Work Description: Build new deck
Comments: I was pleased with the overall appearance of the new deck however I found out later they failed to properly secure the deck to meet code regulations.Also I had to have some their work repaired after a month
(I chose to pay someone else to do the repairs and secure the deck, he was wonderful and I will use him again for other jobs)
