Comments: I finally took the project away from them and changed it to owner builder with the county building department. I finally got my building passed for the final inspection with no help from Geck.Their excuse this time was that their workman's comp was no longer valid so they couldn't call in the inspection... It was true, but no fault of mine. Just laziness, incompetence, and lying on their part for many many months. I bet their workers comp is still not valid. Crooks and liars. Do not ever use and warn anyone who will listen!

Comments: DO NOT USE THESE GUYS FOR ANYTHING! I've never written a review for anything but feel the need to warn others. Absolutely terrible business practice, lousy workmanship, dishonest, and shady.They were contracted to build my slab to code and handle my permit. They poured it without proper bonding and grounding, and no drainage plan as per code. They failed to pay for the concrete and the cement company put a lien on my house. It took months to get them to pay for the material and get my release of lien from the cement supplier... but, that's just the beginning! The slab was out of square so bad that the builder couldn't erect the building. It took me weeks of phone work to get them back on site to jury rig my slab and square it up. They still didn't bond the rebar as per code. Roland held on to the permit and other paperwork for months so I wouldn't know the slab failed twice. He even lied to me about it passing the final inspection just last night.
He left the job site a utter disaster with concrete overflow and uprooted soil which his brother said he would clean up and grade once the slab was finished....
Now, here I am scrambling to fix their mess, and get my slab to pass, because Roland won't return my calls requesting he fix the situation. I called the building department today trying to find out what the status was with my permit and they told me the slab failed twice and Roland owed them $20 to come back for a third try and that I have 42 days to comply and pass...
This guy has been nothing but dishonest and deceitful. I am left holding the bag trying to get a final inspection passed while he's probably off screwing some other sucker. I will be filing a complaint with BBB and the county building department, and the state. He does not deserve the license or the business he's involved in! Avoid him and his business at all costs, or you'll end up with a open can of worms and bigger headache than you ever thought possible!

Comments: I called Roland to come out and give me an estimate for a walkway I wanted done. let me just say he was available that afternoon to come take a look at it. the estimate didn't cost me anything. it was free. hes young so I didn't know what to think. hes very polite, and his work was GREAT and best of all the price was right. if I need any more concrete work I will be sure to contact Roland again!North Palm Beach FL

Work Description: Hired Roland to do a small pad. He and his helper did a fine job considering how HOT it was outside. I would definitely reccommend him to my friends.
Comments: I think that the contractors should let the person hiring them know about the 5% discount up front. I had the coupon but was told that he had already figured that into the final cost.West Palm Beach FL
