Work Description: AC unitComments: The worse company and worse service. Today they came to fix our AC, horrible experience. The technician was making wrong claim, he didn’t want to touch the unit, but he was looking at the wrong unit. He was rude. When I called the manager he said’he doesn’t care about reviews and what your experience is’. We charged you and will not pay you back. Extremely unprofessional, worse experience ever.

Work Description: A/C compressor not workingComments: Referral through AHS. This was the worst company I have dealt with in a long time. They lied repeatedly and didn't deliver on a single thing. No returning of phone calls and then becoming nasty when called on lies. Don't touch these guys!
Work Description: Check a/c not workingComments: Pat, technician was amazing!!! Ray, the owner, was BEYOND RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and did not care about fixing anything!!! He told me to find another company and hung up on me! I do not recommend this company to anyone!!! I hope Pat can find a job with a great company who will treat him right!

Work Description: HIRE TO FIX THE HVACComments: I called Ray Ramirez from a Craigslist ad to fix the AC unit. He talk to my husband and he went to the unit and he told my husband that he fixed the unit. When I asked Ray Ramirez to give a detailed invoice about what was done to the unit, receipts for the parts how many pounds of freon were used, price per pound, receipts for the freon used, Ray Ramirez only told me that he only added freon to the unit that he did not fix it. That he could not give warranty when he only added freon and the unit has a leak that it was not fixed. I was very dissapointed as he took advantage of my husband telling him that he fixed the unit when he charged $800.00 for it and he did not fixed. He is threating me over the phone regarding this issue instead of providing the documents that we are asking.
Work was not done as promissed. The repairs needed to be done were not done. Adding freon without repairing the leaks is throw away money. He made my husband to sign something in his phone and he did not provide a copy of what you signed. No warranty was given as the work was not done as promissed.
Work Description: Terrible customer service, half fasted work ethic, and no care for the customerComments: The technician came to our house 20 minutes late in a 2-hour appointment window. Therefore we were not able to see him work on the items because we had other plans. The problem was with the fuse that keeps tripping and he only looked at the AC unit even do the furnace and the AC unit are both connected to the same fuse. We paid another 70 dollars to have an electrician come out, per the AC technicians notes, to look at the wiring. The electrician came out, tested both units and the wiring and noted that the furnace is the one causing the fuse to trip not the AC (great job to that company for fully inspecting the issue). We called AHS again, and they are forcing us to pay another 70 dollars because of their RR HVAC INC. tech didn't even inspect all the possibilities as to why the fuse is tripping. This is unsatisfactory and very unprofessional of both AHS and RR HVAC INC. Furthermore, they just called (RR HVAC Inc) me and told me that they were not going to come back out, because, and I quote, "oh, so you want to leave a bad review and still receive our services? We are not going to service your house!" after I already paid the 70 dollars. The individual that called was incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Work Description: Furnace/Heating System - Repair/ServiceComments: They did an excellent job on my heater repair and maintenance. But I didn't like that, without notifying me, I was told after the fact that they decided to come later as a convenience to me. I was up at 6 anticipating their arrival at 8 but they didn't come until after 9.
