Comments: I called Steve about a power outage in several rooms of my home. Luckily, he was able to do an impromptu service call. He thoroughly checked out the service panel in the basement, tracked the wiring through the basement to the upper floors, tested and inspected all receptacles, and found the culprit receptacle at the end of the leg. He was thorough and methodical approach in troubleshooting our problem, and offered a second service call to help prevent problems in the future. We asked him for an appointment next week.
