Prior to starting any service work, we will make you aware of our work process and give you a detailed explanation of what to expect upon completion. We'll also attempt to address any issues that may impede our work or that may require additional contracting from other services such as plumbing, HVAC, or drywall work.
At the end of your service call we ask that you fill out a brief survey to let us know about your experience. We're ecstatic that you've given us the chance to earn your loyalty!

Throughout the year, Provident offers incentive programs to our returning clients, such as gift certificates for referrals, maintenance plans at reduced costs, and free "extras" like dimmer switches or lighting timers on your next service call.
