Comments: Edson Lins and Helen Lins (Clonts) is the owners of Profixe and they have scammed Utah residents by starting projects and not completing it. There are numerous of families who have hired him and he ripped off. All of us families have made police reports, gone to arbitration, in the process of court hearings and yet his license still says active on DOPL. STAY AWAY FROM PROFIXE!Salt Lake City UT

Work Description: Construction on a bedroom and bathroom
Comments: Profixe LLC, owned by Edson Lins, took a deposit for a bedroom and bathroom construction project and promised to begin right away. They never started the project, never signed their own contract, and stopped returning our emails. When we called to request an update on the project Edson Lins stated we were "on the schedule" but could not provide any firm timeline. When we asked for our deposit back he said he would "talk to the owner" (he is in fact the owner) and get back to us. We're now preparing a lawsuit and reporting Profixe LLC and Edson Lins to the Department of Professional Licensing. I do not recommend Profixe LLC and encourage caution when dealing with this company.West Jordan UT
