Comments: I called PDS, and spoke with the tech name Lou.I explained to him that my key works to open the garage door but it won't go up.
I asked him is it possible for you to come out tomorrow around 6 am in the morning if possible.
Lou said, that he doesn't start until 8 am, but, he has job schedule for tomorrow morning.
Later in the evening he called me and said, that he would be at my house by 6 am.
PDS was able to get my garage door opened in seconds and did not charge me for there service.
I respect this company so much that breakfast or lunch was on me.
