Description: Have been building decks in the DFW area for 25 years. We have built them from $500 up to $60,000 dollars. Working on one right now that is 3 stories, over 10,000 sq. ft. and cost $360,000.00. Started the deck program for all of the Home Depot stores in the DFW area and ran it for two years until Home Depot decided to run it themselves. We have built over 2,000 decks and do about 6 to 10 at present time depending on size of deck.

Comments: Unbelievable experience here, buyer beware!!!Bill promised us our “dream deck”. What he actually did was NOT pull a permit, NOT check property lines, build OVER the property line, leave nails and screws exposed for our child to hurt herself on, not clean up the trash or complete the project.
He aggressively strong armed us into paying ahead of completion and then ran away from the job. We are in the middle of a $18,000 litigation with him. He is shady and his own workers do not respect him.
DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. STEER CLEAR. There are similar reviews on BBB that I regretfully ignored. There are multiple lawsuits on public record of past clients claiming the same issues against Bill Broney aka “Professional deck builder”.
