Work Description: roof replacement , porch addition and siding installed
Comments: the concrete pad they pored didn't look the best, the porch framing was terrible had them redo some of the framing and recenter and level the post they put in, the roof started out ok till they put the new drip edge on tight so when the put the new gutter boards on they just went over top of it, we went from vinyl siding to fiber cement they didn't make any adjustments to any of the framing from one material to the other and just put it on unlevel and crooked said thats all they could do instead of taking there time and leveling things up so we finally told them to stop the work and we wanted to settle up, now im stuck either fixing this myself or taking a chance with someone else and possibly wasting even more money , this guy told me from the get go that he charges more up front and he was higher than most others but said i wouldn't have to redo anything once he got done, so now are house needs rework and we're out a lot of money
