Comments: I was contacted immediately by Don. He went out to my house the same day checked everything on the roof I came down and wrote a detailed bed and printed it right there on the spot. Everything was spelled out to the last detail. We even had choices between two types of gas packs. His was not the lowest bid but it included a 10 year warranty and service contract. I had contacted them on Sunday and the phone was answered with the promise that they could install The unit we chose no later than Tuesday morning. That was great. They did everything that they said they would do did it right. They also followed up at least three times from the company to see if we were satisfied with the job. Of course we said yes. I would highly recommend these guys if you need a new unit installed. We haven't used the AC yet since it is winter but we expect it will be very good since it is an upgrade from our old AC. Very professional, knowable and reasonably priced compared to others. I finally found a A/C contractor I can trust in this very corrupt and dishonest industry.
