Comments: Miguel is my HERO !!!He did an absolutely awesome job on my large 20' x 30' composite deck - he painstakingly removed all of the boards (32 screws in each) that were jammed together with no space between them (improperly installed by the original contractor 2 yrs ago) along with a couple of boards that were starting to warp from the hot Florida sun - then Miguel repositioned them with the proper 1/4" spacing - it was a very tedious job but he took great care not to damage any boards in the process so we were able to reuse them !! In the future, I will be contacting Miguel for all of my handyman projects - he definitely aims to please his customers !!

Work Description: I had a 20' x 30' composite deck improperly installed last year and the person who did it said you could put the boards side by side with no spacing - and that was incorrect information - because the boards started to warp in the HOT Florida sun. So I contacted Miguel at Pro Handy Services and he gave me a very reasonable quote and I hired him on the spot. He worked tireless for several days removing all of the screws (and bad boards) and then replaced them with proper spacing between the boards.
Comments: Miguel is my HERO !!! He is dead serious when he says he aims to please his customers - he did an awesome job for me and I will definitely be using him for future projects. He is a gentleman as well as a profession - he went above and beyond on my deck and I couldn't be more grateful !Lady Lake FL
