Work Description: Central AC Unit replacement.
Comments: A year ago we hired Alan to replace a central air conditioning unit in our home and his work was shoddy at best. We’ve had frequent issues with the unit since.We had followed up with Alan almost a dozen times to have him come back and service the system and without fail every few weeks the system inoperable. Alan is NOT punctual whatsoever. We are a working family and in order to accommodate our appointments with him we have all had to take time off of work for Alan not to show up or not to show up within the agreed upon timeframe.
There is a 93 year old woman who lives on the property with several medical conditions and she requires temperature control. Alan’s lack of integrity places her at risk.
I implore all of you to NOT seek service from Pro Air Heating & Air Conditioning. The quality of work is a D- at best. Professionalism is nonexistent. There is also no value in his services as we’ve contracted a new company to finish his work.
If you take his services be prepared to eventually have to take him to court, as we are currently doing.

Work Description: Allen installed a new AC unit a year ago and it’s been leaking Freon from the start. He used the old piping that was there from the old AC unit. And he kept giving me the run around. I’m done. Calling someone else to fix it. I advise others not to have him work on your house. Beware.

Work Description: Was a great experience. Alan did a fantastic job. He took all the worries away about the install. Going to send work to him if I hear of any future jobs to be done. Wonderful.
Comments: Had another one come out and give an estimate. They never got back to me. I guess they don't care about someone with no heat and a elderly person and kids in the house. (Shame). I just thank the heavens that Pro Air came and got the job done.

Work Description: Relay failure/on a hydroair Trane unit; troubleshot the system and came back couple times with the right people; were throurough and very reasonable and fair to their keeping track of the time spent.
