Comments: Chris Hayworth of pristine painting is the most unprofessional individual I have EVER come across. He canceled numerous of times, shows up late or just doesn’t show up at all. The last time he canceled I told him I do not want him coming back after he already received $850. I bought all my own paint. He started in every bedroom and hallway and nothing was complete. He started getting irate and threatening my husband and I. The cops were called and he fought with the cops and told my husband word for word “I hope you die from cancer” he’s a 73 year old Vietnam veteran WITH cancer. He then proceeded to try to tell us “he will come back and rob our house and destroy our cars.” The cops literally had to drag him out of my house to get him to leave. For your own sake and safety… do not even consider contacting this wack job.Warrington PA

On the day that he was supposed to paint the bedroom, he called me and informed me that he had Covid. I asked for my deposit back and he said no. He then got someone else to paint the bedroom walls but not the ceiling. I called him back after several weeks and he said that now he was not interested in completing the job. He then hung up on me. Work Description: Painting finished basement bedroom and another small bedroom.
Comments: Chris Hayworth, of Pristine Painting, did a lousy job overall and was extremely unprofessional. He called the morning of the job to ask me to venmo $100 for the supplies prior to arrival. He was then 3 hours late. Chris underestimated how much paint he needed for the job and stated it was going to cost more and got upset when I told him that it was his estimate and as a professional painter, it is his job to know what is needed for the job. At the end of the day, he stated he was done, but the job was clearly not done. The basement bedroom looks like primer covering up blue paint and clearly needed another coat. He painted over the electrical sockets, and the paint on the walls were uneven and unfinished. The other bedroom had areas that were unfinished as well. When he ran out of paint at the end of the day he started demanding payment saying he needed to leave. I told him I wanted to see the finished product first. He then accused me of playing games and not going to pay him. He began threatening that he wasnt going to leave until he got paid. He then stormed out of the house threatening to have his big brother come by to beat us up and his girl friend slap the shit out of my 14 year old daughter. He was yelling and carrying on in the parking lot saying my house was ghetto and telling my boyfriend that he should "get better control of your woman". Police were called and a report was made due to the threats made. I have never experienced anyone like this before. Chris is immature, unprofessional, disrespectful, and extremely inexperienced.
