Comments: We had excellent service from Prime Remediation Services, spite the reasons he was called. Our washer's bottom feel out and flooded the first floor of the house. We cleaned up all the water and called Prime to come out ASAP. Inspected the house and found water in places I didn't think that water would reach. He quickly bought in fans and humidifiers and started to process of drying the house. He was out to check the areas every 8 hours even thru the weekend, yes....Saturday and Sunday. Amazing!!! His professionalism was impeccable. He used a moisture meter that I could even read, to show me the readings in the wall and carpet levels. Comments: These Guys really Rock! When my boiler flooded the basement off our commercial property we didn't have a clue what to do and where to start. I found PRS online and they came after hours to asses the damage and discuss options. Not only did they help us find a reliable cost-effective plumber to fix and replace our boiler but they help assist with insurance related questions and concerns. Their staff was very professional and showed up on time every time. They directly dealt with our tenants as needed and manager always check up on us and staff. Best of all, nothing out of pocket!! If only I could find a decent drywall guy..LOL THANKS AGAIN PRSBrad Arts & Co.
