Alisson was a manager of a multinational company for over 12 years in Brazil. In 2012, Alisson Silva moved to the United States seeking the American dream.

Once in the San Francisco Bay area, he quickly realized that there was a need for someone to help families take care of their homes, giving them a sense of cleanliness, organization, hygiene and care.

In February 2013, Alisson decided to open his own cleaning business: Prime Cleaning. For his dedication to cleanliness and details, Alisson quickly stood out in the market, receiving many personal references from satisfied customers.

He soon managed to hire and train new cleaners and, in just a few years, was considered one of the best references in Cleaning Services in San Francisco Bay.

In 2017, Alisson and his family moved to Austin-Tx and expanded services to Texas.

In addition to his original residential clients who have never left him, Alisson has already collected an extensive list of large offices, residences and construction companies, real estate and other businesses that regularly use his services.

When it comes to hiring, Alisson is concerned with giving equal opportunities to men and women of different nationalities and personally trains each of his collaborators, taking care that they are always attentive to details, working respectfully, cordially and professionally with each other wich reflects to the customers.

When Alisson first thought of providing this type of service in the Bay Area and Austin Tx, he wanted to achieve the same high quality of service as observed in Brazilian cleaning standards. In addition, he believes that having an excellent and clear communication with his clients is important and pays special attention to the needs of each one of them.
