Comments: Vall and his team are top notch. We had several things done in our home and are extremely pleased with the end result. The best part? We, including the team, stayed within budget - rare and extremely important.Our family wanted to do some minor upgrades to our home; recessed lighting, upgrade flooring and vanities in two bathrooms, start a remodel on the laundry space, add crown molding to the downstairs rooms, redo the entire baseboards in the home (including stairs), and install new ceiling fans in two bedrooms.
1. Vall and his team stayed within the original budget discussed. Often during remodels there's always some extra costs that get tacked on. Not with this team. The budget we agreed upon was the budget we stayed within.
2. Vall was in contact with us the entire time. From inception to completion and any hiccups in middle, we felt confident in Vall and his team. They even worked through the rain! Incredible service.
3. Just about everyone who was apart of the team took care of our home and its furnishings as if it were their own. Laying down blankets where they walked, covering furniture, and cleaning up and debris left outside.
4. There were a couple of misunderstandings on my part. Instead of getting frustrated, Vall and his team worked with me to make any changes I wanted without any trouble or argument.
Overall, we're more than satisfied with the job and look forward to working with Ben and his team on future upgrades. In fact, we've already put down a deposit for more projects.

Comments: We are 6 months past our rehab, and we have had exactly zero issues with our home. I'm so glad my wife found Vall on Yelp and this worked out. I've had a few questions since they did the work and Vall was very helpful even months after he's collected his checks.On a side note, I've referred him to a couple friends and they have all been satisfied with their work as well.
Pridex Construction Group Inc completed this work for me:
added hardwood floors
replaced stairs that were carpet to hardwood
removed and installed new kitchen cabinets
added a new kitchen island with electrical
added a wet bar including plumbing
fixed a found plumbing leak
redid bathroom floors
removed an old ventless fireplace and repaired the drywall perfectly
installed can lights on a 14 foot ceiling
added a stove vent that vented outside
fixed the leaky pipe we found
*dealt with all the gremlins we found throughout the process
talked me out of a couple dumb ideas I had
They also did this ON BUDGET and ON TIME. We had a tight timeline, so this was very important. I can't thank them enough. I thought doing a rehab in just over a month was supposed to be stressful?

Comments: Vall and Alex were outstanding. I had a full back porch remodel in the spring that was very expensive. After that I really didn't want to replace the full front porch as well. The bids I got were to replace the entire porch, rather than fixing it - and were, as expected very expensive. Vall said they could fix it and did quality work faster and more affordable than the other options. They came out and inspected it within 2 hours and got the job started within a day. They finished the job within 36 hours. If you want a fair and honest company, who cares about their customer; I could not recommend them more. He and Alex did an incredible job on our house. They redid our fireplace and painted a lot of our downstairs area. The results are incredible because they cared so greatly about the job at hand. They were very understanding of our household of me,my husband, our dog and our 7 month old. Comments: I got 5 estimates and talked to 5 different companies about getting my basement leaky foundation crack repaired . Pridex Construction Group Inc. gave me a more than fair estimate for the repairs, I was able to send Pridex a picture of the crack on their website, and I think it was the next day I got an estimate over the phone for the repair. Pridex sent a repair technician to my home about a week after I first contacted them. The repair technician Vall was at my house on time, and explained everything he was doing to repair the leaky crack. ( in detail ). The whole repair took around 2 or 3 hours . I had hired 2 prior contractors to lay a much needed new floor in my kitchen; the first then sub-contract to some one else who immediately up the price by about a third; the second kept failing to show up.I hired this contractor Pridex Construction Group Inc. who arrived promptly, did a beautiful job on time and at the agreed rate.
when I later had an electrical emergency, again, they came on time, fixed the problem and went above to ensure the issue would not reoccur.
