Work Description: The contractor was called for safety inspection of furnace and chimney.
Comments: Before beginning the inspection, the technician tampered with the Furnace and claimed that it was not working. We knew that the furnace was working because even before the work began the room temperature was warm. He then tried replacing the thermo couple and some more parts but could not fix it. When I told him we have worry free contract with PSE&G, he decided to leave but billed us for service call. Their service is not at all reliable. I have refused the service charge as I should not be paying for something they came and broke. Needless to say PSE&G did not have to replace anything. It was a simple fix with a lose connection. Clearly the technicians of this Company are not skilled.
