Concrete has always been a passion for founders, Tony Powell and Sweet Hikila. Tony grew up in California and Sweet in Seattle but both men were exposed to the world of concrete at a young age through family members in the concrete industry.

The owners of PCC relocated to Bellingham, WA for a well balanced family focused lifestyle. Bellingham, their home for the past five years, has come to be the community in which they will raise their families. As cousins with plenty of experience and a passion for business, the two gentlemen set out to bring Powell Custom Concrete to life.

PCC is based on the values of family. Our company is about helping people to enhance the appeal and value of their property investments.
