Work Description: We discussed several projects and the owner had many new ideas thst tipped the scale towards my decision on which of the three contactor I saw. He was also very knowledgeable in his field and was willing to work with me on prices, unlike others, after I told him I would have to do small projects to get the big project done. Unlike the others who wanted a quick in and out sort of job he was willing to work it out with me due to my small income of social security.
Comments: I will feel very comfortable in working with this contactor as headequate me feel comfortable and not as if he was a used car sales man with a pitch to sell himself, he was more interested in what I had to say, and would get back to me after his return from a family outing. He was down to earth. For instance, I need my yard mowed before we can proceed and he offered to do that for me, no charge. This way he could get a better perspective of the land he was to work with. Also. I was going to renovate my existing mobile home but my husband and I decided to do something else since the renters ruined it beyond repair, Mr Pope said he would contact a fellow contractor he knew that would scrap it out and he offered to hook me up with his dumpster company he uses and have them bring out a 20 yard dumpster for the same cost he pays. This way when they scrap it out they can toss out the inward materials in there and keep.my farm tidy while that project gets done. Once that project was finished for no cost to me other then dumpster fee, we would start to look for a utility shed thst was large enough to turn into a small guest cottage or playroom/office space for my business. He even offered to go with me to pick it out to see how it cold be made to code. I was very impressed and will tell everyone I know about his work ethics and his do what ever it takes to help get the job done with suggesting new options making my dream farm into reality. I so very excited to work with Mr. Pope. We are only in the work up part of the project and have not started the financial end of it yet, but I have confidence that his prices and ability to work on payment options rather then the others that were all about the money aspect up front before I even has an idea of what options I had with the company's these other people represented. Thanks Mr Pope, your the best, can't wait to start this project.Linda G
