Work Description: My shower developed a leak, and we could not fix it. Andy determined it was a bigger problem, resulting from the water pressure being too high. He has saved me lots of money in problems that could have happened in the future, if it wasn't properly diagnosed.

Comments: Andy and his team were professional, prompt, and outgoing. They made sure the leak was properly fixed, with out charging me an arm and a leg for extra repairs. I will definitely refer them to everyone else and utilize them for any upcoming problems that should arise.

Work Description: Efficient in his work...and knew exactly what he was doing..Finished the job in a matter of reasonable minutes...Shared his expertise knowledge and gave future option and pricing for a new unit to be installed...Which I'm sure I'll do....

Comments: Never dealt with a repaireman that made you feel so comfortable with his work and his knowledge.....His whole concern was about taking care of me and my situation....

Comments: Plumb Masters did an excellent job in restoring hot water back to my home after the old one failed flooding our basement. The tech showed up at my house in less than an hour after placing my call. He was professional, neat and replaced my water heater at a reasonable cost. Thanks Plumb Masters for your service
