Comments: Orett, was good about verifying our appointment and was actually able to make it a day earlier. He cleared the dryer vent and reconnected it very professionally. The only thing I thought was a bit unusual was he asked if we had a ladder he could use to get on the roof to check the vent. I would assume a ladder is something that is essential in this line of work? Our friend just happened to be here and had a ladder that he used.
