Work Description: Correct drainage problem.
Comments: On 10/19/21, I gave Phillips a $500 deposit for a $1,650 job. Hours later I had buyers remorse. I called and cancelled. He ask why, then offered to reduce his price. I declined and ask for my deposit to be returned. He said he would bring by 10/21/21. He did not. Many unanswered phone calls later, I called at 7:AM on Saturday 10/23/21. He said he would send a money order. I received it today 10/25/21, less $100 for “trip and estimate fee.” I was told it would be a free estimate when we arranged the meeting. I would not ever recommend him. I ignored several other “red flags.” It has cost me $100!-
