Comments: 75" Sony TV & Soundbar, fireplace, and ambient lighting installation! These guys hit it out the park!! Excellent service and professionalism. Mike and his father were great! I will definitely re-hire them for future installations.

Work Description: Mounting a TV
Comments: Mike completely blew off our appointment at 10am. He no-showed and didn't answer any of our calls placed throughout the day. We also couldn't leave a voicemail for him because his voicemail box is full. So frustrating, since we took the morning off to meet with him. I'm confused about where the good reviews on here are coming from, but I highly suggest that you spend your money on a more reliable service.Boston MA

Comments: After years of hiring numerous contractors for my businesses, my experience with Mike has been by and far the worst I've ever had. Mike's level of professionalism and respect for other people's time is the utmost lowest of any business owner I've ever encountered. I would highly recommend finding another professional to work with.I contacted Mike based on what looked like positive web reviews for his service in installing lighting in my commercial space. He came by, took a look at the lights, assured me he'd be able to fix everything, and set up a time to come by the following week. The following week he never showed up, not answering phone calls or texts, until finally he texted me saying he had a family emergency, and we rescheduled. This happened AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN, each time with 'me setting aside time to meet with him, Mike never showing up and not bothering to call or text, and then responding that night or the next day with another bad excuse.
Last week I set up what was supposed to be the 4th rescheduled appointment SIX WEEKS after the initial appointment, and he not only didn't show up again, but didn't return any phone calls or messages. I still have not heard from him as of now.

Maybe for the last appointment he is intentionally setting up fake appointments, who knows?Check the phone number above. If I could give negative stars I will. I've been always trying to accommodate to his needs, but there just wasn't an end to his apologies and not showing up AT ALL for the appointments. I have scheduled my first appointment on Friday two weeks ago, the guy told me that he has a truck accident, OK! I understand everyone has his/her bad days. He told me that Wednesday would be a good time. I still wanted the job to be done on Friday, so I politely asked him if it is still possible. I waited 4 hours on that day before I left, and he didn't respond me with a single message. Throughout the weekend two weeks ago, I tried to text him and keep him updated with what my apartments looked like, and tried to confirm with him whether he is available to do the job or not. He never responded. On Wednesday, he did not show up again. I was very angry and told him I would change to another electrician if he still does not respond (of course I should've changed back then). It was such a mistake to trust him again because he send me a whole long message of apologies and said he can do it today. So now here I am, 8 am in the morning, called him 7 times, NO RESPONSE.
