Comments: I had my second shower nob broken about a year ago. And it was very hard to find anybody who can realistically figure out how to fix until I came across Pete the Plumber's contact on the internet through Networx. Just after one phone call, he came over to do the estimate for free and set the time for the repair. To my surprise he was on time and it took him and his helper just two hours to get the job done for a very competitive price. Before Pete the Plumber came over, I had a bathroom repair company agent who came and give me an estimate of $1200 for the work, which represents 4 time what Pete charged me. Another individual contractor I contacted through a friend did not seem to have a clue of how to do the repair. He proposed to ground the whole bath and change the title before he could fixe the nob. The cost is more than $1300. Overall Pete has set himself as an expert in the plumbing repair. There is not comment about what reliable his service is.Bristol CT

Comments: WOW! Pete and his worker Ryan are amazing guys not only on time and friendly but really know their trade. Pete explained what he was doing step by step the entire time and tried to fix the issue the most affordable way. After the job was completed Pete and myself looked at a few other plumbing areas of the house and he explained how to update these areas. I asked for a quote on those and he was able to give me a quote for the work and supplies and I am more than excited and happy with the price that Pete and his apprentice will be getting a call in the near future to update some of the issue my wife and I were looking to update. Work Description: I called to get advice on my kitchen facet leaking. After I told them my problem, they encouraged me to go to Lowe's and get the part needed to fix it. I did and less the an hour the problem was fixed. I did not use their services however I would not have tried it if it was not for them. They did a follow up call to check on me, which was very nice. I Thank them for being so caring and helpful, If I ever have another plumbing problem that is outside my skills, I would call them ASAP. Again the are GREAT.

Comments: Although it took us all winter this tiny project got done. Every Tuesday on my day off we scheduled time for repairs to be made and EVERY Tuesday it SNOWED! Pete is very professional, cleans up after himself and tries to work with you on what you are trying to accomplish. He was suppose to have returned to finish some caulking with a leaking issue but it seemed to have resolved on its own. I am mostly impressed that he offered to put in an access panel in the hole in the wall other companies would have left for me to close up on my own.

He gladly gave me an estimate and also offered helpful information about what to look for when buying the new water heater. When the day arrived for the install, he showed up on time and was extremely professional and friendly as he went about his work, which he did quickly ... no dilly dallying. He explained everything he was doing and gave me some useful tips about maintaining the water heater and other plumbing concerns around the house.
