Work Description: Bed Bug Failure
Comments: I've never dealt with such an unprofessional, disorganized, scattered, incompetent individual. A laundry list of things went wrong with Jim.-He did not show up to a scheduled meeting. He made excuses as to why he couldn't show up.
-When we finally got him in to the unit, he was rough with our furniture and scratched our wall. He denies that he did so, but we know that we did not scratch our own wall.
-He incorrectly used the same chemicals for 2 visits, even though different chemicals are customary for eradicating the bug.
-After we got a second opinion and was told that we still had traces of the bug, Jim refused to honor our warranty. He said that he would come back out to our unit in 30 days, but not sooner. We told him that we paid and regardless of his thoughts, we wanted to exercise our warranty. He then cut me off to tell me that an "emergency call" was on the other line. He then hung up on me.
-Minutes later, he sent texts (shown within the attached pictures). I called him again and he sent me to voicemail, but continued to send texts after I asked him to call back. He refuses to speak with me, but is happy to speak with a landlord.
I've never experienced such an incompetent service. Beyond the fact that he is unprofessional, the service was done incorrectly. He came for 2 treatments and there are still traces of the bug. He is not interested in rectifying the situation and honoring our warranty.
If you want a service done correctly, a responsive individual who will answer calls and communicates with you in your preferred mode, and one who wont scam you... PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Comments: OMG! Thanks goodness for this guy! Not only did he come on a same day basis, he checked EVERYTHING! Before him, I never knew just how durable bed bugs were and how hard it is to know where they’re at! He gave me knowledge and insure on the pests, did an incredible inspection, treated me like I was his number one customer! His or exes are far better than larger companies, his quotes are free and his work is guaranteed! Even made a follow up call to me a week later just st to be sure everything was ok!I would HIGHLY recommend Badger State Pest Control over any other in the Madison area!
