Overall

Work Description: Drywall on the ceiling

Comments: The first day the contractor was supposed to arrive to do the work, I reached out to him to let him know I was home at the time he was supposed to arrive. He responded with a text stating he had to reschedule. We rescheduled for the following day, and the work was completed.

After the second coat and everything had dried, there were bubbles in the plaster, and the surface was very rough looking and uneven.

I reached out to the contractor, and he agreed to come back to smooth out the work, but never showed up the day he said he'd return. I reached back out, because I wanted to give him the opportunity to finish the work he did to my satisfaction before writing this review, and we set another date, but once again he was a no show.

I reached out one last time, and was told that because he wasn't expecting to have to double back to fix his work, his schedule was very full, and he would reach back out to set a date for sure. That was Wednesday, 10/12/22, today is Monday, 10/17/22, and I will be reaching out to another contractor to come finish the work that this contractor started, and will have to unfortunately pay someone else to fix the issues that he left.
