I was impressed with their honesty when they came out to look at the job and provide an estimate. When they came to start the job, I was further impressed with their professionalism and precision before they started the work to tear down the shower. Throughout the job they were open to our suggestions and we were completely satisfied with the final job. The shower looks phenomenal and we plan to use them for the other two. They corrected the mistakes of another tile installer, who had convinced us he was a pro. As it turned out he wasn't and the entire installation had to be ripped out by Pacheco Services.
