Comments: Christopher, you gave us a proposal to remove the trees and stumps at the Overlook Terrace sub division which is at 3765 lake Laurel dr, Suwanee GA 30024 for $8250.00 On we meet on site and showed you the site piles, branches and roots which were to be removed. I also stated another 5 more tree branches & roots were going added into the pile.Upon inspection of the site you gave me a proposal of $8250 for this work. Later in the phone call my boss spoke with you and we negotiated to $8000 and immediately he gave a check of $4000 on 10/3/2023 and you started worked but you worked only 3 days like 4,5 & 6th of October and removed only 20% from the pile and you stopped working, till date you didn't came back. I want you to remove the rest of the stuff, please let me know when you are going to start the work again.

The person that Chris contracted to pick up the bin after it was full of the branches and tree logs (very heavy) decided to toss out the logs and leave them on the side of my house. It's been over 2 weeks and the logs are still sitting there. When I contact Chris, he gives me excuses or tells me when he will pick up these logs, but never follows through. Now he ignores my calls. Work Description: Large Maple tree limb that fell during recent storms was cut and removed from my front yard. Three additional limbs were cut and removed from the tree that were nearing their life expectancy.
Comments: Chris responded in a timely manner to my request for an estimate to remove a fallen tree limb on my property and to assess the tree for any trimming needed. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to interact with concerning the job. After assessing the damage and inspecting the tree he offered a reasonable and fair estimate. He was not overly aggressive with his sales pitch and was a straight shooter. The job was completed at the quoted price and the crew did an excellent job. The large tree limb was cut up and removed. In addition, three other damaged limbs were pruned and removed from my tree. My front yard was cleaned up and all debris removed from the property. The crew did an exceptional job and I definitely will use them in the future if needed. I highly recommend Chris and his team.

Comments: The crew cut down 8 trees for us, did the stump grinding, as well as removed the tree debris. The crew worked efficiently, did a great job, and showed incredible team work. It was impressive watching the tree crew do their jobs. After the stumps were grinded, it even looks like they spread out the mulch from it evenly so it looks nice. Our property looks much better, and the tree company did a excellent job cleaning up and blowing everything, so they did their job over and beyond what we expected. Job well done! Comments: A shout out to Chris and his climber AJ. I had a tree in my backyard hit by lightning. One of the branches was about 40' long and about the diameter of a telephone pole. It was dangling and clearly a danger to my family and my neighbor's family. Chris responded quickly and did a great job! He and AJ are very polite, professional and efficient. I requested Chris to provide a quote while in my subdivision. He provided a competitive quote and Scheduled at date to complete the work. Chris and his team arrived on time and were true professional. Chris consistently requested my opinion to ensure I was satisfied with each tree before moving to the next. They trimmed 9 huge oaks for me and performed a professional work and clean up. They left my front and back yard cleaner than it was before they started.I very rarely provide reviews because truly great and professional services are hard to find. However, Chris and his team deserved 5 stars for their outstanding work.

His workers (some he said he picked up at a Home Depot lot) were doing back flips and slap boxing in my backyard while the tree climber was cutting down limbs. They left food wrappers, plastic cups, milk jugs, and other trash in my back and front yard and never returned to clean it up. They knocked holes in my rear deck screen and dropped a cut part of the trunk of the cut tree on my concrete slab septic tank.
