Work Description: Set tile, new tub in bathroom per customer’s request
Comments: Use these kids at your own risk. Miguel Cuevas and his employee (?) Anthony seemed to now their stuff, but left our project incomplete despite our consistent tempts to let them complete the job to the satisfaction and craftsmanship that Miguel Cuevas led us to believe he had.Communication Begin August 14
Project begins August 23
1. Continually late and continually departing, Miguel left Anthony, a dry wall guy, to do most of the framing and prep work… had time to hang out by our house and smoke weed and drink.
2. Claimed framing an issue despite the issue being pointed out during the estimate process— additional invoice
3. Miguel ordered wrong-sized tub, we didn’t complain and let him destroy the door frame to expedite completion.
4.Anthony left alone here often then brought his kid for an entire afternoon and every time I went downstairs he was chasing her and not working. The “finished” project looks pretty terrible and the grout was cracking within days of his Miguel’s disappearance. I would never recommend.
Project ended by Onpoint August 31 with promise that they would return and complete the issues remaining— drywall, and additional cleanup/ finishing. I contacted Miguel weekly and he continually/essentially blew me off until we texted him on October 22nd or 23rd. I have all the texts and communication between he and I from both contact numbers. I also have many photos of the issues he failed to address, but for some reason his site does seem to allow me to share photos.
