Comments: I should have realized I needed to find someone else when he was and hour and a half late to his first appointment at my house. He didn't come prepared with the proper tools. Terrible communicator. He doesn't answer his phone or text messages. He has no respect for my time and doesn't concern himself that I have to rearrange my work schedule in order to meet him at my house. On three occasions he didn't show up and just left me waiting. His rates were reasonable and the work he did, when he actually showed up, was fine.San Jose CA
