Work Description: This company IS NOT what it used to be! Stay away! We had a broken valve in our kitchen two weeks ago that we shut water off to. We were going to hook up our new refrigerator's ice maker to this valve. We called them to set it up & told them our valve was broken. They said "no problem" & came out the following day. My wife was home by herself for this service. When they arrived, they said "Oh, we don't carry that valve. If you want this replaced, it will be an extra charge." They hooked our refrigerator up to the broken valve & made my wife pay $259.00 before they left our property. My wife was not sure what to do & they essentially told her she HAD TO PAY IT. They absolutely did a bait & switch and should absolutely be reported to the Better Business Bureau. I called them the next day & got nothing but snarky, condescending remarks from the company. I was put in touch with Michael, the manager, & he said he would call me the next day to make it right. I never heard back from him & our ice-maker is still not working properly. I'm not sure how much inflation is factoring in to their lack of professionalism, but nonetheless, it is no excuse. I hope this review reaches everyone that is thinking about using them & spares them the terrible experience they would have by using this dishonest company.
