Description: Cut and remove fallen branches , cut down old trees when safe to do so. If you live in a brick house , I can make it look new again, same with vinyl siding ,and concrete Driveways come out whiter than when they were first poured ( plus I fix the cracks in the driveways). When I clean Gutters, I don't just throw the leaves on the ground , I put everything in plastic bags and then I make sure that all of the shingles are hanging over the gutters and tighten them up if necessary. I run water through the whole system to get out all the grit and anything that has fallen into the down spouts, and if there are places in between the nails that are hanging I will put some extra screws to pull the gutters up tight to the house. I always sweep the roof and cut any branches that are overhanging or close to the roof. Then I will take a video of the entire Gutter System to let the clients see that I actually did what I said I was going to do, plus to let the Home Owner know exactly what their roof looks like and point out the places that I am concerned about. This way the Home Owner can see in detail what is going on over their heads.

What sets us apart from other contractors: I don't take advantage of the elderly, and I know what it's like to live on a small budget and I'm willing to work with people who can't afford to pay all at once. But please don't add 15 things for me to do after we have already made an agreement. I keep having problems with people who want their grass cut for $50, and they want their hedges trimmed and they want their flowerbeds weeded out and that consists of pulling up the grass by hand, and then they want a few limbs to be cut off of a tree or three .You have to understand that I have to pay roughly $20 in order to get the lead or the information to get in touch with you and then we have to come to an agreement on the price and you usually live around 20 miles from my home and I spend 6 to 8 hours doing everything that you want done I'm losing money in the end. I've paid $20 to get the job another $20 in gas to get there and back, I put only the 50 to 1 in my weed eater which is 25dollars for a can, so I'm already $15 dollars in the hole ,plus I only use non-ethanol gas for my lawnmower and if I use 3 gallons then that's another $15 ,so we are already $30 in the hole, but if I use a blade on my weed eater that's $25 which puts me $55 in the hole, plus all the time I have spent trying to make your yard look good, how long do you think that I could stay in business like that?So when someone quotes you as price that seems high to you, you have to consider everything that is going in to making your yard look as good as you want it to.
