Work Description: Replacement of an exterior GFI outlet and installation of a whole house surge protector.
Comments: We contacted Mr. Sparky because we needed an electrician to replace a defective exterior GFI outlet. The old GFI outlet kept tripping every time we plugged a power tool in any of the outlets in the circuit.Mr. Sparky’s electrician showed up on time and talked to us about our problem. He even made a recommendation, which we followed, by having him install a whole house surge protector.
He then conducted a thorough examination of our electrical system and set about to replace the faulty outlet and install the surge protector. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Every time he entered our house, he stopped first and put on cloth booties to protect our wood floors.
We were very pleased with Mr. Sparky’s service and professionalism and highly recommend their services to anyone in need of an experienced, trustworthy electrician.
