Comments: My two systems were 25 years old and needed replacement. I had several quotes and On The Spot was one of them. Cody's quote was several thousand dollars less. I researched On The Spot on the internet and found much more positive than negative so I decided to go with them. I am glad that I did!Cody and his crew were on-time and had both systems installed and running in record time. This included the re-arranging my ducts in the attic for better air flow.
The A/Cs worked great through the end of the summer and the heaters worked great through the winter. It is now time for the A/C again and they work great.
Cody was very personable, knowledgeable, and an all around great guy.

Comments: Two years ago i had a new A/C unit installed by Xtreme Air. I called them a couple of days ago to have them come out to look at my 16 year old original furnace which failed. I liked the guys, the salesman was very informative and polite....but very smooth too. I received a 10% ex-military discount, they wanted to keep me as a customer,they valued my business, and threw in a new thermostat, an additional 12" return air flow hole& vent for free. I lined up an installation for next day. Luckily, my instinct told me the cost seemed too high. I plugged my info into Networx, and ON THE SPOT HVAC Cody Reed called me within 15 seconds! He came back with a price that was $2500 less! I contacted a few other HVAC firms that called me, and Cody had the best price. The original business tried to take me to the cleaners! Cody & his team completed the installation the next day , keeping me informed of their arrival time, and explaining/answering my questions. Nice guy, good man. Took me up to the attic to show me the furnace and ductwork that had to be added because the previous A/C installer team didn't add one. Gave me a choice of thermostats to choose from, and then showed me how to use the simple touch screen to be sure. Only took them an efficient 2.5 hrs to install ! Comments: Let me just start by saying that my husband and I are extremely jaded when it comes to the construction industry. After living through 16 weeks of renovation on our home, and being told that our current AC unit would support the space, we were devastated to find out a week later that we in fact needed a brand new HVAC system. We are coming up on multiple days of 100+ degree temperatures and we had no choice but to move forward with the unit replacement. On Monday my husband spent hours calling installers and having them come out to provide quotes and they were all astronomically priced and they spent no more than 10 minutes at the house. Toward the end of the day he spoke to Cody at On The Spot HVAC and he said that they could send someone out to look at the space right away. After speaking with Jeff and visiting with Raul (who spent a good 30 minutes inspecting all aspects of the project), we felt very confident that they were the right guys to go with. They were honest, used TRANE products (Made in Texas) and had been very fair in their pricing and financing options. We confirmed with Raul that same night and by 10:00 am the next morning Juan and Octavio were at the house installing our new system. These two guys were fantastic - they answered all of my questions, suffered through the insane heat and were finished with the whole project by 5:30. From start to finish On The Spot fixed our problem and cooled our house in less than 24 hours. After over a year of terrible experiences, we are so thankful that we found an honest company. Comments: Holy cow I cannot say enough good things about this business!!! Our main house unit stopped cooling. I had another group come out and said a leaky coil, and for a 16 SEER mid-range replacement, $8600. Something didn't feel right so I looked I got a trusty neighbor recommendation for a second opinion, and called On The Spot. Cody (owner) picked up the phone and given the busy HVAC season, I was hoping he would come out the next day...he was at my house in 45 min (before I or my wife got home!). He confirmed the leak in the coil, provided options for fixing, and explained why a 16 SEER wouldn't benefit us over a 14 SEER (our furnace would've had to be replaced, too, as it cannot handle the extra air flow). He put some coolant in our system to help keep our 16 month old baby cool until he came back out 1 day later to replace the system. A new coil and AC Unit (nice 14 SEER Trane) installed in less than 2 hours, for $3500. AMAZING. I almost wanted him to replace the other unit just because. Seriously. When I asked if I should have him come out to "service" the other unit, he said "Is it cooling?" I said yes, and he said "then you're good...wait 'til it dies. I can make stuff up about it pulling a charge or being off a few degrees, but I can't do anything about it, so why spend it now." I begged him not to quit the business before my other AC unit quits the business, and said I hope to see him back in a few years to replace it. Please give him your business. You will not regret it. Comments: I have been using this company for years for my air conditioning maintenance and they have wonderful. Yesterday I woke up to my air conditioner not working so I called On The Spot HVAC out to diagnose the issue and they informed that my compressor had gone bad and that because of the age of my air conditioner that it would be more beneficial to completely replace the entire system. I had to get a second opinion on this because this was now a huge ordeal that I was not expecting. I called out another company to diagnose as well and they informed me of the exact same scenario. I had that company build a estimate for me and had On The Spot do as well. On The Spot HVAC came in over one thousand dollars cheaper and so to my delight I went with On The Spot to do the replacement.
