Description: I chose to work in this industry because of entering the construction industry in 1985 doing custom homes and remodels. After a couple of years we did our own termite repairs and wood preservation work. In 2011 I accepted a position with the largest family owned pest control company in the world. Placed in the National Manager in Training program upon being hired, I graduated top of class in nine months. Traveling to different parts of Florida, Texas, New Mexico and Arizona I received excellent training, working in several branches. After successfully running 1 large branch and opening two others while training several individuals, I decided I wanted to do more for my community and potential customers. This meant keeping prices reasonable while keeping the money in our own community rather than supporting an out of state company. It also meant a better balance of business and family! .
