Comments: For $2,050 I was guaranteed my boiler/heater would be fixed with a six month warranty. Heater was never fixed properly, company came back several times for band aid fixes, and the original issue always persisted. After two months of broken heat from Jan-Feb, I had to call another plumber. Other plumber costed $200, and said NYC Sewer and Drain Pro Solutions "installed wrong low water cutoff". Justin Fortis (owner) will not refund me my money after not fixing my boiler. A different company got my boiler fixed right away.This company/Justin wouldn't respond to my texts, and he would also hangup on the phone a lot. The warranty is pointless if the issue is never fixed first.
I have sued this company (and will update after the court hearing in eighteen months).
